Superb fully renovated appartment, using quality materials. Could not ask for much better accomodation. Everything is thought for, for the well being of customers. The property is nestled in a quiet lane, immersed in rural settings... but within a few minutes drive from Storrington. Jenny and Andy are perfect hosts, answering to all queries, very kindly. We enjoyed far more the chinese take-away you recommened us (great cooking, fast service and very good value for money... unlike the Thai restaurant, far too commercial and a rip off...A place to avoid). Thanks for sharing your passion for garden landscaping, your grounds are just stunning. We will be back. Have a nice Christmas & hope to stay at your flat in 2024. Merci beaucoup pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse.

Location was brilliant, the house itself felt like a home away from home. We were lucky enough to see some deer in the morning which was a real treat. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean with everything needed for a stay. There were lots of public footpaths within short distance which was great for the dogs. Would recommend going to Kinsbrook Vineyard only around the corner, dog friendly open from morning until night.

    Everything about the people who were looking after us. Jenny & Andy were amazing. Weve never felt more welcome. Our Cycle from Winchester to Storrington took a bad turn with a broken bike. Eventually we made it to Pincroft Barn @ 11pm. We were broken but Jenny & Andy looked after us.

    Excellent cosy accommodation. Lovely living room / bedroom with a well ( but unneeded by me ) equipped kitchen and a wonderful shower. Normally stop in hotels but this made an excellent change for me. Also ideal for a week away for a couple. Host was very welcoming.

    Special quiet location, very welcoming hosts, all general requirements covered. Nice soft wash towels provided, fan during a very hot night kindly provided. Cute alternative to a bland hotel and kitchenette make staying a few days a little home from home.

    Beautifully furnished and presented in a perfect location for our purposes. Marie was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. She also kindly offered to pick us up from Storrington where we had walked to when the heavens opened!
