Amazing location, host met us on arrival even though she was upto her elbows sorting the hotel for reopening, showed us to our pod and explained everything. Couple of very minor issues however these were rectified straight away. Will definitely be returning later in the year.

The room was lovely and very comfortable and Wendy, who greeted me on arrival and looked after me at breakfast time, was exceptional. Super friendly and helpful! The stand-out thing for me was the breakfast. I had the veggie one and it was just delicious! Super portion, freshly cooked, and just great!

Everything. I could not have had a better experience. This is exactly the type of hotel/inn experience I prefer - historic building, beautiful decor, attentive staff, cute pub and restaurant, idyllic setting. The food is fabulous too!
