My partner and I were over from Australia and staying at the Crowne when we were visiting Northern England. The rooms were very clean, and the facilities were great. The buffet breakfast was really good, and also convenient. When we checked in the girl on the front desk (Jamilla I believe?) was incredibly friendly and helpful, and just displayed all round great customer service. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that’s looking.

    Location is great, close to the town and coast and property...

    Location is great, close to the town and coast and property was large enough for a family of 5. The only criticism I have is how cold the property was. Felt it when we first arrived and didn’t help a window broken in one of the bedrooms which didn’t close properly and it was freezing.
