-staff were really kind, friendly and exceptionally helpful -we were upgraded which was really appreciated. The room was very grand and beautiful. - shower was amazing -bed was very comfortable. -breakfast was great with lots of options. Kitchen were happy to alter breakfast slightly for differing tastes. It was very good quality.

A unique blend of modern comfort and historic settings. Housed in a Victorian building, the hotel presents a romantic, quiet and relaxing tune, fitted perfectly in the surrounding atmosphere of the town. It definitely deserves the title of one of Malvern's landmarks. The staff was polite and warmhearted. The breakfast menu was delicious and generous. A very energizing place.

A really lovely stay! Upton on Severn is a lovely place to visit and this hotel / restaurant was a great find! The food and staff were lovely and the room was a great size and super clean as well.

    Good location for walking Malvern Hills but need a car to...

    Good location for walking Malvern Hills but need a car to get to the carparks. Found it difficult to get a pub meal on Saturday afternoon - nowhere opened until 6pm. Nice walk by the river at Upton on Severn.
