First time in Weston Super Mare for a Groove Village festival and loved it! Will certainly be back. The beach is gorgeous. Great eating facilities. Had breakfast in The Green House and then next day in the Brunello Lounge. Both were superb. Had a fantastic roast dinner at the Waterfront restaurant. We love Weston-super-Mare, been coming for family trips away for years. Always have a fab time. Great Beaches to explore. Michaelangelo's is fantastic for dinner and Sass bar is great for cake and coffee. A short drive out to Kewstoke is worth a visit, small National trust car park and lots to explore. Western super mare is ok walk along sea front is lovely. Town a little tired looking lots of places to eat. Market on Thursday is getting better more stalls and entertainment . Enjoyed a meal at Pierre Bistro, lovely views from the restaurant. The pier is great for families, as lots going on. We had coffee at the Tropicana restaurant before hopping on the free pier train back to the entrance. As my Mum can't walk too far, this was a welcome bonus. Played mini golf near the shopping centre. This is looking very tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Also, it would have been lovely if there had been some seating around the edges of the course for people with limited mobility to rest in-between holes.
