We travelled all over the UK and Ireland, and Wolverhampton was a disappointment. Whereas people were friendly to us in almost all the cities we visited, Wolverhampton folks, in general, were neutral or dismissive.

Was assigned a room, however the room had a stranger sleeping in. Called host in which he was blunt and made sure I messaged him. Given a different room, which had no working lock. Doors to garden were accessible through my room however the door was able to be opened by anyone. Didn’t feel safe or clean

Wolverhampton is a very nice city, has good restaurants, shopping centre and more. Very easy to get via public transport. There is a indoor soft play and bowling in Mander centre where there is loads of shops and restaurants. We had breakfast at Starbucks and Macdonald's, afternoon tea at M&S and dinner at Nandos. All the food was lovely and brilliant customer service. There's a lovely park nearby, short bus ride, bus num 1, to West park, big play park for the kids, a lake and plenty of space for picnics.

Loads of history and culture if you look for it.

Loads of history and culture if you look for it. The art gallery is fantastic and free to enter. Also, the gigantic park with a bandstand, lake, mature trees and flowerbeds, loads of benches and green space plus a cafe serving hot & cold drinks, cakes and ice creams. The city's Victorian architecture is gorgeous but sadly the vibe of the city centre area is quite tired and neglected. The city is gloriously multiciltural and seems very friendly. It is extremely walkable but there are also buses and trams. I would like to return to explore more and walk aling the canals.

    Wolverhampton is a beautiful city.

Wolverhampton is a beautiful city. There are lots of things to do. We went to the shopping centre. There was easy parking, good shops and it was very clean. The stadium is easy to get to (we didn't go on a match day). We went for a tattoo session, and I recommend New Ink Tattoo Studio. We will definitely be back for more tattoo sessions and then we will get to know the city better.

The Glamsflat Troccadero Apartment is a rare find.

The Glamsflat Troccadero Apartment is a rare find. It’s the kind of place you hesitate to share because you want to keep it as your little secret. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and I’ve already started recommending it to friends and family. If you’re considering a stay, don’t think twice—book it! You’ll thank yourself later.

Fantastic location for a visit to a concert at The Halls in Wolverhampton. 5 minute walk from the train and bus stations and then a further 5 minutes to the Halls. Right in the town centre but we didn't experience too much night time noise. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Great to find somewhere that caters for 3 adults at a very reasonable price.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk (max) to the city centre, either by crossing a major ring road or walking along Waterloo Road. The location is perfect for a 5 minute walk to the civic halls (see photo) for a concert which is what I did and I felt completely safe walking back to the hotel alone after dark.

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful. There were lots of stairs to climb this way and that, but it was not a problem. The pre-ordered breakfast was good and on time. It is a 15 minute walk to the concert hall and city centre.

Great property, perfect for Wolverhampton city centre, and the minutes from the station! Property looks great, and the whole process was so easy, staff on hand whenever I had a problem.
