We saw the outside stadium (had no time for a tour of that facility), bought some Wrexham football club souvenirs downtown at a bigger store than is in the stadium, and enjoyed a pint and lively conversation in The Turf pub. Wrexham has changed over the years like almost every other city/town but still has some of its old charm. Lots of old pubs long gone but more than enough to have a great time during the day or evenings. The centre was pretty run down and dead at night. Only thing that would have been worth a detour was the parish church of St Giles (more like a cathedral).
