Lovely hotel surrounded by trees and well Kept grounds. Food was excellent and the staff were so friendly welcoming and helpful. Rooms were decorated beautifully and big beds! First impressions driving in were how lovely it all looked. The pub in the village is traditional and has an old charm and warmth. Absolutely cannot take our stay and have rebooked.

Jane was very welcoming, a fantastic host and extremely accommodating to our extra request. The accommodation had everything needed and more. Well thought out accomodation. The cooked breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

    I found the people of Yelden to be welcoming and easy to...

    I found the people of Yelden to be welcoming and easy to talk to. There are a couple of churches but there are no longer any obvious business premises in the small village of Yelden so shopping needs to be done online. It is within 30 minutes' walk of Chelveston Renewable Energy Park - a stunning, jaw-dropping, enterprise that it is worth seeing. Yelden is on the Three Shires Way - a walking route that touches on Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. It is easy to get around the village. Cycling, walking, bird-watching and other outdoor pursuits can be enjoyed in Yelden. There seem to be a lot of dog-walkers here. Again, I felt safe with the people and with the dogs.
