Not only a Hotel - it became my Georgian home. Probably the best hotel you can get in Stepantsminda! The hotel is relatively new, very stylishly furnished & clean rooms & bathrooms and is lovingly run by a family. Very warm and extremely helpful - you immediately feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful days with you, for your amazing hospitality, for your support with the questions I had and the many small kind gestures! You made my stay perfect! I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy to come back to the hotel every time. I can only warmly recommend the hotel!

The hotel was very cosy, with decor and style that gave positive vibes. I really appreciated how tidy the room was. The view from the terrace was breathtaking - it was lovely to enjoy a couple of beers there after a day of hiking. I was travelling alone, so the small room was perfectly sufficient for me. However, the bathroom might feel a bit cramped if you're very tall, so it's worth asking about larger options if available.

I recently stayed at hotel axien kazbegi for 1 night in April. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, with several attractions within walking distance. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a beautiful view of mkinvatsveri and gergety trinity church. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating throughout my stay. While the rates were reasonable, the overall value exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was meticulously clean, and I felt safe given the current circumstances. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Axien and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers

Everything was amazing! The location, the breathtaking view the clean property!!! But what stole my heart was first of all the really heartwarming approach of the family that owns the hotel. They all make you feel at home and are so discreet and caring. Also, the breakfast was of course tasty and varied and filled your stomach for the whole day to be honest. Overall, a great value for money and definitely your first choice when you visit Kazbegi.
