We stayed here as a family and couldn’t have been happier. The house is brand new, equipped with everything you could possibly need – and even more than I’ve seen anywhere else. This really is a great place. First of all rooms are new and everything is neat&clean. Shared bathroom was super, there is a separate toilet with a sink and another separate big shower room. The landlord lady is an incredible host, she lives on the premises and is always there for you and since she is a professional cook, you've got to try her food. She makes you dinner if you like, it was amazing. Communication works over Google translate unless you speak Russian. Entrance is through a local cheap eatery.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Room and bathroom are very clean. All facilities are perfect especially there are two terraces to sit and make own coffee or tea. The minibus stop is just right opposite of the hotel so it is very convenient to go to Mestia.

This is a brand new hotel — everything is fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, within walking distance to all main attractions.
