Breakfast and dinner very reach and high level and the view is front the beautiful beach The chef Costas is the best -and know to do food that correct to your special requests ( vegetarian ,diet food ) The amazing team of the food and beverage: Paula,Lina,foteini,Marko,savvas, It’s the best service I get ever in my life : With a lot of smile, warm and makes comfortable feeling. The appartment was super clean (thnx to Tatiana 💙💛). They cleaned the rooms daily, they changed the bedsheets and towels. The staff ( the receptionist was very lovely and helped us book a taxi for the airport) were super friendly and helpful. There is also a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm). There is a bar downstairs in case you want to have breakfast or to simply have a coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. The location was great (5 min from the beach by walking). The bus station that goes to heraklion is also infront of the structure. Everything was great. I higly recommend!!!

The hotel is located on one of Heraclion's most picturesque and breathtaking hill area. Our room had a balcony with amazing view of the aegean sea, there was also a very well equiped gym, a super clean and quiet swimming pool and a very elegant restaurant to dine. All staff were super friendly and always attentive on whatever we needed. The room and the facilities were renovated with elegance and peace. We are definitely coming back!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a serene oasis where comfort and warmth radiate throughout. We were exceptionally pleased with the hotel; it was beyond our wildest expectations. The hotel exudes a perfect blend of laid-back luxury and authentic Cretan charm, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that captures the essence of relaxation. The staff are gems—extremely friendly, attentive, and eager to assist on any occasion, always wearing heartfelt smiles. Their exceptional service made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. Location-wise, it's unrivalled. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and only 70 meters from the tranquil, turquoise waters of a calm bay—a stark contrast to North Crete’s known strong waves. This proximity allowed us to effortlessly switch between the hotel's pristine pool and the inviting sea. The poolside bar was a delightful bonus, offering refreshing cocktails, prosecco and wine and light bites under the soft breeze—a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Nestled in a charming small village, the hotel is surrounded by an array of delightful beachfront restaurants (which we explored at dinner time), offering delectable cuisine and vibrant yet peaceful vibes. Leaving this slice of paradise was our trip’s only challenge; we simply didn't want our stay to end. In conclusion, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it’s an experience that enriches the soul, a splendid testament to Crete’s incredible hospitality. We LOVED THAT!

    The hotel complex is well laid out.

    The hotel complex is well laid out. Although set in a hill there are plenty of lifts if you don't like using stairs. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Bathrooms are modern and clean. It's a great place to just relax by the pool by the bar or on your balcony. It's north facing so full sun in the morning. There is a good gym and a beauty spa. The evening entertainment is varied and of a good standard. A lot of the shows are held in an open air ampitheatre ideal for a summers evening. There is a regular bus run by the hotel down to the local beach which is helpful as the road down is steep and narrow. The restaurant is excellent. The choice and quality of food is outstanding and delicious. The staff are helpful and always have a smile on their faces. If you like an all inclusive holiday where you can laze around be active then this is highly recommended.

    Food was outstanding, their for 10 days and ever meal I had was different, yes you could have the same things if you wanted to but I like to try different foods so this was great, also the desserts were delicious everyday something different, hats off to the chef.

    An absolutely stunning place!

    An absolutely stunning place! The lovely views and the beautiful, thoughtfully laid out architecture and grounds drew us in. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right here. The hosts are super welcoming and helpful. We can’t wait to return next May!

    I liked the sea - we were in October and the weather was perfect. We took a boat for self boating - no license is required and it was great. We had a very good sea experience, swimming, free diving (snorkel) and jumping from the boat... we could see a sea turtle and flying fishes... we mostly cooked our own food in the villa. We drove to visit Chania and Heraklion.

    The beach and the waters are not bad.

    The beach and the waters are not bad. Everything else unfortunately is: getting there, inadequate road signs and parking space, the village and the roads are a total mess. The cafes and bars reach almost to the water, over the sandy beach, which is unacceptable.. Too much tourism, too little space..

    The beach and main area is beautiful, stunning beach with lots of water activities and little shops and bars. Perfect to break up your holiday from sitting by the pool. 30 mins from the airport so good transfer times.

    The vine-covered balcony was amazing. The whole hotel looked stunning from the outside and had a great sea view cause it was fairly high up. Clean, large room and bathroom, if slightly dated. Large pool, plently of sunbeds, never crowded. A peaceful place to just chill and relax. Shaded car port available. Agia Pelagia is a 30-40 min walk away (downhill), which may seem like much but was entirely doable, especially in the evening when it's cooler. We even walked back uphill twice during our stay.

    We had a wonderful week at this hotel, we really enjoyed staying in a suite with private pool. It was quiet, away from the busy area of the hotel, and the sunrise views were spectacular. The whole hotel team made sure that we had the best possible stay and we really appreciate their help. Lovely hotel breakfast, great restaurant and room service menu, fantastic housekeeper with great attention to details... we wished we had stayed longer!

    We stayed for over a week at Keramos in April and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was functional and provided an excellent home base to explore Agia Pelagia and further afield across Crete. Although not luxurious the place offers very good value for money, clean and quiet… George was very welcoming, full of good suggestions for local food and I would recommend the home made Raki!!

    A cute and comfortable family apartment hotel, located 3 minutes walk from the beach of Agia Pelagia. The family room we got was renovated and clean. Not fancy but good value for money. There is a small pool and most importantly - the Amazona restaurant is excellent, save a place on the terrace

    Agia Pelagia is situated in a wonderful bay. View from the hotel is amazing. It is possible to see the all bay from the balcony of the room. The air conditioning could work in the room. There are a lot of excellent restaurant at the beach.
