We loved the walk up from our villa as stunning views and a quiet road lined with trees giving welcome shade during our September but hot stay. The village is a beautiful mix of refurbished homes with more traditional and empty intriguing buildings so photogenic in style, colour and beauty. Narrow paths and steps are too tempting not to explore and sometimes you end up at someone’s home and a dead end whilst other times the narrow paths lead to other wonderful buildings and views The sunset restaurant/taverna was amazing and had beautiful views in daylight and when we visited again in the evening as the sun set over Adios Gordios bay and the village of Kato Garouna lights illuminated the evening sky, set against a pitch black mountain backdrop. A village I would be happy to live in and the Restaurant a place with great food and stunning views we would be very happy to visit again.Guest review bylyndaUnited Kingdom
