Everything was splendid! First class place with first class staff! Everybody make you feel like guest - not like customer. Place was very (extremely) clean, everywhere smells like apple garden . Food was very nice too. George-opeations manager, is the best host we have ever had. If you have chosen to visit Crete- this is the place you will fill home(even better)! Thank you all guys! And Eli too :)

The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

Family running hotel that was absolutely perfect in every way.Thanks to Yanissis for the communication and patience with my reservation,with answering all my questions and his kindness,also the profesional staff Ina and Florian and Eva who looked after as the whole stay. We were welcomed by the lady and than in a bar, whenever we chose to visit, served by a man and his son. All were amazing. Even organized a "cretan night" once, with dancers and it played out great. If we had any questions, they anwsered straight away. The location is near chania, 2nd biggest city and equally far from beaches like Elafonisi, Preveli and Balos, which are all great experiences. Rooms were cleaned DAILY at around 11. -12. Hours. U can eat in the complex, swim in the pool, hit the table tenis, or billiards/pool table. It was all perfect and theres nothing i would really want to change. The parking, as said in many other comments is perhaps a bit small, but you will always have a place to put your car, so dont worry about that. Just might take a minute or 2 longer to park. The wifi was annoying, sometimes working, but than often being overloaded because you know... The hotel was full, but thats understandable. If you wanted to google something, u could. It would just take a bit longer to load. These are the EXTREMELY little things i mightve tweaked a bit, but theres really nothing negative to say about the place. All in all just an amazing experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying here for 3 nights, and I can honestly say it was one of the most peaceful and heartwarming experiences I've ever had. The place is run by Helen and Spiros, 2 incredible souls who make you feel instantly at home. Helen, originally from Sweden, is gentle, nurturing, and always attentive, like a true mama! Spiros, Greek and full of joy, is like a papa figure, always smiling and ready to share the best local tips. The accommodation itself is a cozy haven, beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and more! I was welcomed with fresh fruit, warm meals, refreshing drinks, and even beach gear that made my seaside days effortless and comfortable. The garden, lovingly cared for by Helen, is full of vibrant flowers, while Spiros tends to the vegetable patch... the fresh figs I had every morning were divine! The location is peaceful and ideal for exploring both popular beaches and hidden gems off the beaten path. The pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. I felt safe, calm, and truly cared for. It’s a rare privilege to discover such a lovely place, especially knowing they’ve only just started hosting this year ! Meeting Helen and Spiros was a gift in itself ♥️ I highly recommend this place. I’m already dreaming of coming back!
