The Pantheon Hotel was just perfect for our needs, it had a great location, staff were exceptional, rooms were large and clean with a little balcony area, rooms had air conditioning and fast wifi, extra blankets and pillows, hair dryer and toiletries. The pool bar was a lovely little area, the owner made us a cocktail which wasn't on the menu but was lovely! We didn't have the breakfast but it smelt and looked lovely each morning. There is a Lidl a 10 minute walk from the hotel, another supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and smaller shop only a 3 minute walk away, and a couple of local restaurants within walking distance too. The Kompos Taverna is a must visit! It took us an hour to walk into Rethymno which was a nice sea front walk for the most part, and was only 10 euros for a taxi and took about 6 minutes. The hotel was quiet while we were staying but there is a car park with ample parking if you have a rental car.

Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! The room was very clean, cozy, and well equipped, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and comfort.

Marvelous, renovated house in the center of Argyroupoli village which is in the center of the island (district of Rethymno) equally close to the northern and the southern coast. The house is fully equipped, very convenient and clean. We really loved the terrace and the stunning view to the sea. The owner is really kind and helpful. One of the best houses I have ever stayed. You won't miss anything and you will really enjoy it. Congratulations to the owner. Thank you!

Mattina Apartments is well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. It has secure off street parking, and nice indoor outdoor flow. The hosts George, Mattina and their daughter are very thoughtful, and we particularly appreciated the extra effort they put into making their guests feel welcomed and taken care of. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Rethymno.

Lovely house,with lovely hostess Maria.New home which is just like the pictures.You feel at home in this quiet place,a stone's throw from Rethymno.There is everything needed down to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay.Maria is available for any questions.Very spacious in the four bedrooms.With parking space at the front.There is a bakery 2 minutes away and a good supermarket.Very kind gesture when the doorbell rang and her father served us welcome local pastries with a bottle of wine and coffee.Thanks,Maria and for the lovely words and wishes on leaving:).We would love to return.I recommend.
