The place was of very high standards. Every day someone would clean the room. The location was very good to reach Chania by car and the host was very kind allowing us to return the towels the last day after our check-out. We did enjoy it very much! Recommend this stay :)

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people and it had alot of room. For such a busy and popular hotel it was so clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and has a huge selection of food in the all inclusive. The walk to the town was only 2 minutes

Everything was great - we loved the calm atmoshpere, private beach just "around the corner" where our 4yo son could play. Even though it was beginning of the season we were swimminng in outside swimming pool and during colder days - we enjoyed the inside swimming pool :) Staff was friendly and great, SPA area very relaxing ❤️

Ostrakon suites are amazing , the location , the quality of the accomodation and the wonderful Maria on reception .Maria was simply amazing , the moment we arrived Maria was so welcoming and friendly and greeted us every day with her beautiful personality . She constantly went above and beyond in recommending great restaurants , beaches and places to visit on the beautiful Island of Crete . Maria we will definitely see you again ♥️

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D
