Engares is a beautiful village, not so touristy.
Engares is a beautiful village, not so touristy. We wanted to experience Greek ways of living in a quite village rather than sticking to busy tourist spots. We enjoyed our stay and closest beach 5 min drive (Amitis) was very clean, nice and quiet, felt like private beach as there were just handful of people. Crystal clear water and nice scenic views. Olive press museum is 5 min walk from where we stayed, nice little museum. Taverna next to a school and opposite Villa Stelliana served tasty food but good to make a reservation as it gets very busy for dinner.Guest review byNancyUnited Kingdom
