My stay was absolutely amazing! The panoramic view from the room was breathtaking, and the hot breakfast served right to my room every morning was a perfect way to start the day. The service was truly outstanding — every staff member was so kind, welcoming, and always had a smile on their face. They were always ready to help with anything I needed. Room service was also fantastic — I highly recommend trying the chicken tagliatelle, it was delicious! Overall, it’s a solid 10/10 experience, and I honestly can’t wait to come back soon!

The hotel is an old French embassy, fully renovated two years ago. Amazing building, suite with jacuzzi was really nice (more like a small private pool). Food in general was very nice, of very high quality. Breakfast also very nice, a la carte. Above all, staff was amazing, giving us tips about where to go and where to eat, hats off to Vasiliki, Anna and Maria. It is also very close to the old town of Chania, avoiding all the noise and the crowdness of staying too close.

The space is amazing, very clean and aesthetic. The staff is super friendly and kind. They offered free water and coffee everyday which was incredible! The pool is at a perfect temperature and very beautiful, and location is like 20min walk from the center.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk from Old Town. The host Stelios was available for queries when needed and was kind enough to help when there were issues. Room was cleaned every day and there was free coffee.

Waterlily is a nice small-scale hotel, with everything you need for a short or long-stay. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is super comfy, bathroom spacious and new. Angela takes great care of her guests, from arrival until departure. She gaves us nice tips on great beaches/places to visit, arranged hairdresser for us, and even treated us with a delicious pie. Thanks for everything!

This property was amazing. Brand new. Staff was incredible. Clean, modern, and well kitted out. I actually liked that it was a little out of the core of the town (maybe 1 km?) as it allowed me to get out of the madness, but I could walk to the action quickly. I loved this place and would absolutely stay there again.
