A cosy spacious apartment amid gardens and flowers, 11-12min walking from the sea. 5min to the city center with a supermarket, bakery, and numerous fine restaurants. 3 sleeping rooms, along with 2 double-bed lofts in the living room, well equipped kitchen, big patio, all is located very privately, with own parking place. We stayed here and the hosts were amazing!! The villa is very clean and retains its traditional features whilst being modern with all the facilities you might need. It is fully stocked just like a hotel but set up for self-catering. Great for a families or small groups of people! It is a very short walk to some great restaurants, bakery and mini-market. We’ve been to Gennadi a few times and the area is fantastic. The beach is very close by - a 5 minute drive. The airport is just one hour away but with good bus connections if you don’t have a car. Would happily come back

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

Really nice and peaceful place, a comfortable villa with the spacious living room decorated in a cozy home style, 2 comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. good air-condition in each room, the villa with a beautiful sea view, a cozy terrace, a good place to rest after windsurfing, 5-7 minutes walk to Gennadi shops and restaurants, good & nice local cleaning service, responsive, helping with any issues if there are any with the Villa, we recommend it for other guests

A very perfectly presented garden, with small paths, interesting plants and a totally clean swimming pool. Situated in a very quite area but very close to village, the house has everything a family needs. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances, large TV and clean linens. Beautiful white villas side by side in a great location. In the photos it looks like it is far from the town center but it is very close walking distance to the sea and the center. We already have our own private pool, but the coast is so calm that we also had our own private sea beach:) We had a very small problem and they solved it immediately, which surprised me very much. It was my first time in Rhodes, next time I have already made a plan to keep all the villas with our friends.

    The house is clean and convenient.

    The house is clean and convenient. It has 2 yards with sun beds, tables, chairs and 1 terrasse with sea view. The host was nice and brought us watermelon and the best figs I have tasted. He recommended us dinner places in Gennadi village and these were good especially Mama's kitchen and Zorbas. We had rent-a-car are travelled all over the island.

    We rented a car and it was very easy to find our way around and lots of nice places nearby to see. Was about an hour away from the airport. We ate in a really lovely restaurant in a cove - Tambakio!

    Great village to be near. It has all the services you require, including pharmacy, awesome bakery, supermarket, tourist shops aswell as an awesome night life with lively restaurants. Something for everyone.

    A small, quiet, and pleasant town.

    A small, quiet, and pleasant town. We didn’t spend much time there, mostly stayed at the villa further south. We came into town every morning for the supermarket, bakery, and greengrocer—everything you need is there. In the evenings, the restaurants are full, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, we got a parking ticket and still don’t understand why—we didn’t think we parked incorrectly, and no one around us got one—but we paid it anyway.

    Gennadi is a lovely and peaceful village, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. It has a charming local atmosphere, friendly people, and everything you need within walking distance – shops, a bakery, pharmacy, and some great tavernas and bars. The beach is long, clean, and never too crowded – ideal for sunbathing or a quiet swim. It's also a great base for exploring the southern part of Rhodes, including Prasonisi or Lindos. If you're looking for an authentic Greek experience in a calm and beautiful setting, Gennadi is a perfect choice. We truly enjoyed our time there and would happily come back!

    Amazing small town with friendly people, cozy and clean, with its own history. There are various shops and good restaurants. It's the best place for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent and close to the sea.

    - clean and modern apartment - very comfortable beds - good wi-fi - a small walk-in closet - nice bathroom, good water pressure - free sunbeds and umbrellas on the premises - cleaning every 2 or 3 days, towels and bed linen changed twice during a week’s stay - long and quiet beach just across the road - owned/run by a very nice family - excellent pizzas on the pizza night (you can pick your own toppings)
