The staff is truly friendly. The breakfast is fine - comparing with a 4 star hotel in Crete, the one served by Sapphire is better. (salted and sweet dishes). A high appreciation for the coffee served. It is not the specific coffee at the machine as in majority hotels, it's prepared with quality coffee and milk. The location is new and spotless clean. If I come back one day, for sure I would choose again. More than this, if you want to visit the west beaches 🌊of Crete, Kissamos is a strategic point. The suite is equipped with enough tools for cooking.

Family running hotel that was absolutely perfect in every way.Thanks to Yanissis for the communication and patience with my reservation,with answering all my questions and his kindness,also the profesional staff Ina and Florian and Eva who looked after as the whole stay.
