    Beautiful area. Natural thermal springs. Plenty of taverns and restaurants. Reasonable prices . Stunning scenery. Lichodonia island opposite is a perfect day trip.Mitsis Galini Hotel allows use of spa and pool for a small fee !

    I think Kamena Vourla is fine for a long weekend or three days. You can have a traditional family holiday relaxing by the pool, walking around, and eating together, if you like. If you want to ride a bike or drive to nearby landmarks, that is possible, too. If you are taking the waters, your doctor may suggest longer. 3 days twice a day is a good start.

    Unfortunately we did not like Kamena Vourla.

    Unfortunately we did not like Kamena Vourla. It has a feeling of a holiday town from the 70's. Run down and unkempt. Beach needs a clean up. Lots of Restaurants and Cafes and it is very easy to get around on foot. Good access to main Freeway to Athens/Northern Greece, so could be a stop over point for one night.

    The hotel seems to be a family business. The owner was present every day during our stay and made it incredibly comfortable. He organized the boat trip for us, borrowed us the beach towls and snorkeling equipment and in general made us feel very welcomed. He speaks several languages and was constantly greeting my boyfriend and myself in our native languages. I couldn’t recommend it enough! Really amazing place to spend your holiday in!

    Lovely location right on the beach - probably the only hotel in the town where that's the case. Excellent facilities, nice swimming pool, lovely grounds with ample places to relax. Sea is delightful, good value well-stocked bar, food good. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Rooms looked like they they have been recently renovated and were lovely and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony and terrace.

    Excellent apartment fully equipped and centrally located in Kamena Vourla. Spacious and with a large patio (veranda). Nice design and fully equipped just like home. Next to bakery, restaurant and mini market, 2 min walk from the sea and 5 min from lots of restaurants and bars. Extremely reasonable price.

    Very nice, small, hotel. Location is good and quiet. Very clean. Breakfast is great (you order in the evening what would like to eat in the morning!). The hosts are great, very kind and polite. Excellent service. We recommend it and we will come again.
