Comfortable to stay. Very clean. Staff are very welcoming especially Stefano and Katerina in the reception. They are hospitable and happy to help and gave many information needed. Stefano and Katerina are very good on what they do best. Communication is very clear.

location was perfect - just a few mins walk to old town and harbour. reception is open all hours. very efficient and friendly. has an old style which is something to treasure in these times. staff were very friendly. breakfast room is beautiful, food all freshly made, wonderful staff who clearly love working there went out of their way to make me welcome. 1st floor bar/ cafe area is great place to relax for coffee or drink or get some work done. accommodation was perfect and very quiet.

Location!! near everything! an excelent view from the restaurant where we had breakfast!! in front of the port! has a private parking !! which is a luxury in Chania! The employes that worked in the breakfast restaurant from The Restaurant and breakfast!! i loved the yougurt!!! The rooms , modern... nice , good shower!! i will return again for sure!! I loved !!!!

I loved it so much and I really want to come back! The staff is amazing! Everyone! The Indonesian is the cutest and the staff at reception is super kind and helpful! They gave me the best recommendations for everything! They were writing me a bucket list of the south of Crete and I had some trouble with my rental car and even they were unrelated with that, they accompanied me and were trying so bad to find a solution for me. Just amazing people and I really hope they are all still there when I come back once!💗

Very cosy, spacious and well designed space, in the center of old Chania town. It is a boutique complex of five suites. Our room GARDEN SUITE WITH OUTDOOR HOT TUB had no view but it had a very charm patio under a tent with a jacuzzi and sitting area. Breakfast is not available but the friendly staff has everyday prepared a tasty cake for free, as well espresso or filter coffee is offered. Nick will provide a lot of valuable information about your stay and the town.
