All the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities are spacious and wonderful, especially the pool. Descent length and depth for swimming and a separate pool for kids. Perfect dinner menu with great food.

Room was exceptional, big, clean and nice. Location of the hotel is very good, building is beautiful, and lobby is luxurious. Breakfest is delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the girl on the reception, Maria. We had a wonderful stay.

well situated. every member of staff was excellent. service excellent. best breakfast ever. i ate dinner in the hotel both nights because the chefs were brilliant. the smoked eel dish is to die for; the brocolli and cauliflower dish with tomato ponzu is delicious. great wines by the glass wonderful old building with a fascinating history

Located above the lake, so lots of winding roads but easy to find. You can’t walk anywhere close really but easy to jump back in the car for restaurants etc. Amazing views in the night with the lights and in the morning. Very comfortable stay and very good breakfast. Recommended.

From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location tucked away from the traffic and noise. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was comfortable. Elena, our host, was very welcoming and gave us travel ideas for our next segment of travels—they were excellent as she knows the surrounding areas well. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, don’t hesitate to get it. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Both the bar and the restaurant offer a good selection at reasonable prices, and everything I tried was tasty. The overall facilities and services make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. This hotel in Ioannina offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing visit. We enjoyed the “home alike” ambience and especially the staff , Ifigenia was amazing and helped us a lot during our stay giving us tips. We are thankful that we had free parking in a garage nearby. The bed is comfy .
