Hotel was great! We received excellent service here. The place is fantastic, the rooms are very spacious, and the amenities were great. All the small details were thoughtfully arranged. Dream place. I can not find the right words. The view is unique, the hotel is one of the top with so many facilities - a few to mention: 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants, kids ground with up to date trainers, great massage. We tried athletic massage, and it was much better than expected. The architecture is speechless. Breakfast with variation, including Cretan elements. The room is very convenient and clean with spinaloga view. Staff cleans it literally all day more than once. As for the bed, my kid could not sleep without waking up during the night. In this bed, he slept more hours than even. The staff is so polite - top of the top - which makes the accommodation even more amazing. Great HR selection 👌

Outstanding Service and Amazing Staff ! We had a wonderful stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. But what truly made the experience special was the incredible staff. Irinny helped us when we had an issue with our transportation – she immediately took action, made phone calls, and made sure we got the help we needed. Her kindness and quick thinking made a huge difference. Roula was amazing throughout our entire stay – always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed around the hotel. Her warmth made us feel right at home. Thank you both so much! Highly recommended – this hotel stands out not only for its hospitality, but for the amazing people who work there.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were polite and friendly, the facilities were plenty and very satisfactory. We got an upgrade to our standard room which was very much appreciated since we were given a very big room with huge bathroom and very big veranda overlooking the pool and the Bay. Our toodler had the chance to freely move around the room and play. The pools were excellent and the kids pool was amazing! Our kid loved the water snake and the slides very much!! The kids club is an excellent alternative for some hours in the heat of the summer. The buffet dinner at the restaurant had a huge variety with quality choices every night and although the hotel seemed pretty busy, yet it was so quiet and everything was in order.

Breakfast was okay - no fresh eggs but the rest all fresh and beautifully displayed Beach across the road fabulous you just need to go down early to get your chair as its small and fills up by 08h00 Beach wonderful to swim in Rooms are lovely size and super comfortable have everything you need So close to Elounda village and such lovely restaurants around you dont need a car and never have to venture far from hotel

The location was fabulous, sheltered sandy beach with water sports and close proximity to two local towns which both had an excellent choice of restaurants. The staff were all first class throughout the hotel and extremely polite. Our hotel room was perfect with the added benefit of shared pool which seemed private as the other two rooms adjoining us didn’t use. Would definitely return when next in Crete.

This is a hotel close to spinalonga island and very close to Next town agios Nikolaos. We stayed just for a night as we are traveling around the island. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful Room was Nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excelent with many options. Worth a visit. 😉
