I loved it as it was away from the main town.
I loved it as it was away from the main town. The only drawback was the steep access to the village but you got used to is after the first day. There is a lovely looking taverna - Dimitri's- although we didn't get to eat there :(, it smelt divine! There are a lot of roads like this on the Greek islands. I would love to explore the village more. You definitely need a form of motor transport. There are great beaches and small harbours all around the island.There are lots of water activities nearby , for both adults and children. There are loads of eateries to try, we had really good meals at the Garden restaurant in Nydri, Taverna Pantazis in Nikiana and Ladokolla by the archeological museum in Lefkada city.
