What a wonderful hotel! A beautifully fitted out room; good quality materials and finishes throughout; comfortable bed; and only a short walk to the beach. Everything was perfectly clean. Marilena and her team do a fantastic job of looking after you, of making your whole experience good. And to top it off, the breakfast is a feast!

The hotel is super clean, we weren’t able to use the pool area, but staff was super kind and the breakfast was great. So many options and plenteous. Fun walk down to the beach in the evening and over to the old town area for a relaxing dinner. Wish we had more Tim at the property and in Agia galini!

Everything here was perfect. Great room, comfortable beds, a very good bathroom, nice balcony, great amenities, a fantastic breakfast, extremely nice and helpful staff, a great pool, super parking possibilities, a great location only a couple of minutes' walk to the centre. And incredibly good value. Top marks for absolutely everything. Highly recommended. 👌

Loved so much about this independent hotel.Heracles is such a wonderful owner who takes pride in his beautiful establishment. He greeted us with refreshments, fresh juice and cake! Our room was spotless, like every other aspect of the hotel. Brand new washroom, balcony with a great view, clean and quiet...what's not to love! Make sure to order the breakfast- eggs from his chickens, marmalade from fruit picked in his yard, fresh blood orange juice from his own trees...absolutely delicious! Can't say enough about this place!

Lovely, spacious and clean unit. Unit was newly renovated and pool facilities were nice and clean. We had missed breakfast, so the lovely woman packed us some cakes to take on the road - so incredibly kind! Top tier service - highly recommend.

    Petrochori is a lovely village in the mountains with great...

    Petrochori is a lovely village in the mountains with great local Taverna. There are no shops and the Taverna only takes cash so you need to plan ahead but so long as you have a car there are lots of shops/mini-markets a few minutes away. It's about a 45 minute drive to the stunning holiday resort of Rethymno. Perfect combination for us as we had peace and tranquility when we wanted it and visited Rethymno for a more lively vibe.
