We had a pleasant stay in these traditional apartments in Rodia. If you have a car and are independent in transportation, it is an ideal place to stay. Incredible view, an incredible courtyard on the roof that you can see from above the whole bay of Heraklion. The decoration is very beautiful.If you are looking for peace, it is an ideal place to relax. See life up close in one of the most beautiful villages of Heraklion, Rodia, which is rightfully called the balcony of Heraklion. The sea is very close for swimming or fishing. Close to mini markets and cafes and next to the best traditional taverns in the area. There you can enjoy traditional flavors of Crete. The owners, two very kind people, are always by your side to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We ll come back again for sure .

The stay was amazing, the house was very clean and full equipped with every thing we can need (kitchen included).Nice view on the sea accessible from the house. The owners were so kind and friendly and they offer us local gifts Everything was present to let us feel comfortable. I recommend highly this house

It’s a lovely property with beautiful pools on the beach. Excellent food and very well run. We are both cat lovers and appreciated that they looked after the local cats in a feeding station. We got very friendly with a multicoloured scrawny little kit we called Gypsy. Particular thanks to Sissi who sorted out an important parcel we had left in Athens very efficiently. Shout out too to Maria our lovely cleaner and Katerina in reception. The staff are all good but these three are particularly excellent. We wished we had stayed far longer

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff, both at the hotel and the restaurant, were wonderful. The food was very delicious – I definitely recommend going for the dinners, they are worth it. Our room was stylish and clean, with a beautiful view from the window. The reception and administrator were always helpful with any questions. The SPA services were excellent, and the fact that there were no children around was a big plus.

The exceptional service. You are never refused, they will constantly do their best to meet your needs and requests, and it's done with love and genuine care. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants and markets. In addition, the airport is about ten minutes away. In the hotel there is an excellent restaurant for dinner that also provides breakfast and lunch and aperitif in front of the pool. It's all new, modern and comfortable, including the gym. The nicest thing, which we highly recommend, is to take one of the rooms with a private pool. It's really a pool all to yourself that is part of the room beyond the terrace. Waking up and using the pool or doing it after breakfast or after the sea is wonderful. You can also call a taxi or rent a car through the reception and see other beauties of the island easily. The staff is kind and nice and the food is great as always in Greece.

    A lovely quiet village up in the hills.

    A lovely quiet village up in the hills. Beautiful views and an abundance of pomegranate trees, cactus, butterflies, praying mantis and cats! Restaurants, shop, garage, and coffee shop in the village or close by. A car is needed if you want to visit beaches and populated areas. Beaches close by are lovely but busy at times. Supermarkets are 10-15mins away.
