The property is really clean, every 2 days they change the linen. The owner and his co-owner are very nice. They're always asking you if everything is okay. What they have to do to make your stay unforgetable.

Excellent location and great value for staying in Perissa amd enjoying the Black Beach area of Santorini. The rooms are at the back of the beach-front restaurant Ramaya. We arrived a bit early but Vasilis, who owns and runs the restaurant and the hotel/suites, told us he would do his best to check us in as soon as the room was available. In the meantime we were able to drop our bags and enjoy a bit of the area by chilling at the sunbeds right at the Black Beach. These are free for guests during their stay, so a huge plus, especially considering guests also get a discount when ordering from Ramaya, the restaurant. Our room was simple but fairly new. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a mini-fridge (loaded with water and some welcome treats). The bathroom was also new and spacious. We also had a small patio area with a table and a rack to hang (wet) clothes. The breakfast is served at Ramaya, so we were able to sit at the tables by the beach, which was very nice (since it was end of September, it wasn't too hot around 10am). The portions were extremely generous and Vasilis went above and beyond to make sure we were well served. Overall, great value if you want to explore Perissa area. Very different from what you will find in Fira or Oia, but definitely worth a visit. (PS. If you are looking for this property on Google Maps, the spelling is slightly different: Alaxandross mini suites)

My stay was enjoyable because of the fantastic service received by Hannah Manager of the hotel and other members of the staff. They made my birthday special with a special threat of muffins and delightful fruits. You could contact them :Hannah especially and will get your request attended to immediately, it was really nice. The room was very clean so was the jacuzzi. The breakfast was also nice liked the fruits very much. The suite is a walking distance to the city center and few minutes by car to nearby cities. Overall it was a funtastic experience and will love to visit again.

This is truly one of the best hotels in Santorini! The food is absolutely delicious, every meal is prepared with care and always fresh. 👌 The staff is incredible – always smiling, kind, and ready to help with anything, whether it’s advice for couples visiting the island for the first time or assistance with any other need. 🤩 The rooms are spotless, with hygiene at a perfect 10/10. 🙏 Both the managers and the team make you feel at home – such positive energy and hospitality are rare to find. On top of that, the prices are lower than most places on the island, which makes this hotel even more special. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need. ✅️ My girlfriend and I truly felt at home here, and we will definitely come back! ❤️ Next time we visit the island, we are 100% staying in the same hotel. 🍀 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Santorini. 🙏😊

We stayed 5 nights. Everything was excellent – the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing after the beach.
