An exceptional hotel, beautiful, spacious room, very clean and everything impeccable. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and sea view so we also had a beautiful view. Quality breakfast, with various options and very tasty. Very good location, in 5 minutes walk you can reach the port, the center anywhere. We could park the car on the street without any problems and it is free. Very friendly staff always. We had a car breakdown and the gentleman at the reception did everything he could to help us. I recommend the hotel and we will definitely stay again.

It's really Lovely hotel! oldtown location is perfect. the hotel has renovated maybe, so all things are new and clean. Service also good. we are visit on anniversary so they prepared wine and flowers. thanks for warm welcome. room was not to big but It's so comportable. even have terrace.If we back to Greece trip then we will visit again.

    It was very tranquil but the beach area was perfect....not...

    It was very tranquil but the beach area was perfect....not very large but very sandy so easy to swim from and seemed safe for children...more fish than we thought. Beach bar was low key but just perfect. The local restaurant was a lovely setting, the staff were enthusiastic and nice and we enjoyed the evening there even though the food was not outstanding. Further up the to main road are more restaurants. Irenes had rave reviews but have to say we were most disappointed - again nice staff but chaos as food came all at different times and rather chaotic 0 can be charming as in holidays but this was taken to the limit. Everyone we met were lovely and most hospitable

    The bed was very comfortable here - two fluffy pillows for both people, a good mattress, well-smelling sheets. The location is just perfect - close to the airport, but the neighborhood is quiet and private, wild nature all around, peaceful atmosphere, other visitors were also peaceful and quiet. The apartment and balconies were just perfect, there is nothing to complain about. I recommend it to those who want to find ideal and comfortable accommodation away from crowded places and appreciate the beauty of nature.

    We loved staying at Tersanas Beach Lodges!

    We loved staying at Tersanas Beach Lodges! The place is beautiful (it looks even better in real life), the pool is amazing and the view is absolutely to die for. The studio was very comfy and had all the utilities we needed. The cherry on top of the cake is the staff. They’re absolutely delightful! Georgina and Peter were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. It’s been an absolute pleasure! We didn’t have a car or a bike but the place is an easy walk to Tersanas beach and only a 30 min walk to Stavros, and pretty easy to get to Chania by bus or taxi. I would 100% recommend staying here – we can’t wait to go back :)

    This is our second trip to Tersanas Beach Lodges and it met all our expectations again. Superb support from the Housekeeping staff, in particular Maria who looked after us exceptionally well. The apartment was kept meticulously clean every day, with changes of bed linen and towels every 2 days. Maria was always available to assist in any query we had and we very much appreciated everything that she did for us throughout our 10 day stay.

    Everything about Tersanas Village Apartments was wonderful..the staff, hospitality, location, cleanliness. It is a truly peaceful place & I'd recommend it for an 'away from it all' break. Beautiful Tersanas beach is nearby, plus Irenes Taverna has wonderful food at great prices.

    The lady who met us was so so kind. She went above and beyond. She offered drinks, help with our bags and lent us two rubber rings for the pool. We had the pool to ourselves. Great view. Comfy beds. 10 mins from Chania airport. Perfect! Enjoyed Irene's tavern for dinner too
