Friendly helpful staff. Room had everything we needed plus large balcony. Great location in main street of town close to bus stop. Ate across the road in Maniatis which i think was run by the same people. Lovely food. We were able to get breakfast early to take away with us which was kind.

We were warmly greeted. Room was spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and made to order and included fabulous local products like yogurt, walnuts and honey. Alexi and Panayioti are fantastic hosts and and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bytina. Location is perfect and within minutes of main square and property is perfectly maintained with ample parking. Thank you Alexi and Panayioti for a lovely stay.

this apartment is in a unique location but if sharp corners and heights are a problem this property is not for you for us it just made it that much more special. We ran out of fuel for the heater the hosts were onto it straight away. The village area below is great and everyone is incredibly helpful. we stayed when it was cool down to about six degrees C so fire place and wood was comfy to sit around amazing fire place. we enjoyed the local cats they even stole some bread and ate it so don’t leave the door open if you gave food out all good fun. The other three apartments were not occupied so we had access to the front balcony which has a magic view and made our stay that much more special. I am unsure if the balcony would be available to this apartment at all times so perhaps check with George and Effie as it makes the stay that much better.

After hiking all the way from Nymphasia we learned that our accommodation was at the very top of Valtessiníko and required us to walk up another 60 metres. No matter; the sunset view was well worth it, and so was Thea Valtessinikou! The rooms are lovely and warm, the view breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious. Thea was very friendly and professional.

Very friendly staff and excellent high quality breakfast - the best in Greece. The apartments are located on the edge of Valtessiniko and are handy for those walking the Menalon Trail. They are very comfortable and some have great mountain and village views.

exceptional service! they took my injured daughter to the doctor who in turn took her for X-rays in Dimitsana!!! all for free! and same taking her back and forth from hotel to the restaurant they own on the central square of Valtesiniko
