Yianna is the best choice for the people who wanna spend vacation near the sea, in a clean and comfortable place. 🏖 All the staff is welcoming, kind and helpfull. They make you feel like at home !! 🏠 Really, i felt very very calm and happy there,what i think is important. The room was big enough,clean with a balcony, sea view and everything U need. 🏨🌊 FOOD - one of the best i've ever eaten before!! For the breakfast a buffet is served and dinner is chosen from the menu. 🍳🥗 I have to mention delicious coctails too 🥃🍹 To each their own, but if you are looking for something perfect go with these guys ! 👌 I don't use to visit same places more times but in this case I'll make an exception. Good luck 🍀

Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need. We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

Very modern with great staff. Very helpful. I arrived coming from the hospital I was feeling totally worn out and the young lad on reception Fido his best to accommodate us. I have mobility issues and hadn’t forewarned them of my problems.

Everything. Location is amazing. Easily reachable from the airport, only by one bus. Quiet place (winter season) but close to everything you may need (supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops, coffeeshops etc) and mainly it is almost on the beach (2min. walking). Hotel itself is quite small with a very nice atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool. Breakfast will fill you up for a half of the day at least. And the most important - staff. Everybody was so friendly. It feels heartwarming just to think of them. Especially reception staff. Warm welcome (and good bye as well), genuine interest, politeness, professionalism. Always willing to help, always smiling, fulfilling wishes which were not even said. And the dog and cat just to complete the perfect relaxing family-like picture. Highly recommended.

We took all-inclusive with our 3yr old. The food was ok, lots of varieties and different meals, one soup per day, salads and sweets. The fruits could be better and probably more available at the pool bar for eg. Staff is great, also the hygiene. The room is cleaned every day and they change towels and sheets regularly. Everything is super clean. The location of the hotel is great, next to the bus stop, and going to the Heraklion is super easy, there are buses every 10-15 minutes. Even visiting Knossos is super easy. The beach is close and there is a beach bar with sun umbrellas and beds, free of charge (only drinks to be paid).
