This was by far the best hotel experience that I've ever had! Already at the welcoming they were so kind to us and gave us Prosecco. The staff was extremely helpful with carrying the luggage and providing us with information about the Restaurants/Shops around the Hotel. The beds were very comfortable and it was an elegant room. The beach bar, the pools, everything was amazing and also very clean. The absolute Highlight was the Restaurant staff. Me and my mom have several allergies and the staff went trough the whole buffet every morning and evening with us to make sure nothing is contaminated. They also cooked special gluten free delicious food for me. A big thank you to the Restaurant for being so kind and warm-hearted!!! I will never forget this vacation and would love to come back again!

Very modern and beautifully decorated rooms + pool/restaurant area. Delicious breakfast. Helpful staff. Easy to access by public transport. A bit further from oldtown/city center, but we weren't planning on exploring Heraklion, so it was a perfect choice for us.

- rooms look really good - very clean - helpful personnel - had an extra hairdryer - nice pool Overall: an amazing choice for this price there are supermarkets nearby; you need to walk 10 mins to the beach or to take a bus and walk if you want to get to really beautiful beaches and hills There's a really nice restaurant 7 mins from the hotel, they grill amazing meat

All the food variety was always delicious like 10/10, there was plenty to choose from in every aspect, everything was fresh and so delicious. Everything what's your mind would like to get in your stomach, indeed a feast for the eyes and also the stomach. The personal was very nice and polite. Rooms were clean and the location was perfect.
