What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!

Amazing view to the lake and the nearby volcanos. Super calm big garden, very natural environment. The staff was helpful. Easy and cheap access to the centre and the port with tuktuk.

Hotel is beautiful! Staff was fantastic and so very helpful!. Having coffee & breakfast delivered to my room was super special! The hotel is new and still being updated. Once the rooftop terrace is finished it will be amazing.
