Marijana and Ivan were amazing hosts! They welcomed us with a smile and a whole watermelon. They were always available for any questions or recommendations, and constantly checking in to see if everything was going well. The house is modern and beautifully furnished. We took full advantage of both the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, as well as the common places like the living room and the front door garden. The view is an added point on top of everything. It was really an amazing experience both for the house in itself, and the kindness of its hosts.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had a fantastic experience at this guesthouse. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described on Booking. The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throught my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and pleasant place to stay in Novigrad!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Sun, and I can't say enough good things about it! The villa is absolutely perfect for a family getaway, especially if you have children. It is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere that made our stay incredibly relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Ivan, and the manager, Dolores. Their hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The villa itself is brand new, sparkling clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities was impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic swimming pool. It was beautifully maintained, crystal clear, and provided endless fun for our children. The pool area is perfect for lounging and enjoying the sunny weather. While the villa's location is peaceful and secluded, it's important to note that you will need a car to get around. This was not an issue for us, as we enjoyed the tranquility and appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions and supermarkets with a short drive. Overall, our time at Villa Sun was nothing short of fantastic. Ivan and Dolores have created a wonderful retreat that we would love to return to in the future. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly villa in a quiet setting, Villa Sun is the perfect choice. Thank you, Ivan and Dolores, for a memorable stay!

Opening the door to this very well equipped and apartment was a real joy. We needed a rest and this was just the place. Lovely Konoba, pizzeria close by. The tree shaded balcony was a delight.. Very helpful hostess.
