The villa is extremely spacious and very well equipped. It is designed with a great thought and serves great for different guest types (family, friends, etc.). The bottom floor is one big space with kitchen and living room, while the upstairs has four bedrooms and bathrooms. The host is great and really made sure we had all we needed before and during our stay there. All of our requests were fulfilled with no issues. There is also a large outdoor kitchen with enormous gas grill. It is also located in a very peaceful and quiet environment. Overall, it is a great value for your money.

Everything was perfect. The location was good and it has a private parking. The owners are really so friendly. It's a lovely apartment, where you can find everything you need. The bed sleeps very very well, in the night you don't hear noises, so you can sleep very well. It was also very hygienic. We loved staying there.

The property is beautiful, the nicest place we stayed in Istria so far. I have travelled a lot and rented plenty of nice homes, but this house has left me speechless, not to mention how Andrea and Matija were amazing hosts. Good size apartment and well equipped. Very clean. Had good sleep as it is very quiet. Stepjennet was a friendly host. Great base for visiting Motovun, Rovinj & Pula as it is only 30-40 minutes drive. Ample parking.

    Beautiful setting, incredibly quiet, surrounded by nature, wonderful hosts, attention to detail, beyond fantastic breakfasts. Two things to consider: rent a car, day trips are a must. Either book the 3 rooms available with friends/family or prepare to stay in a house with strangers you may or may not click with. There is space but many amenities are shared. We were 3 friends/couples and had the best time just us.
