We liked that the sea was very close to the house and that the garden was directly in front of the sea. The Host was very nice and gave us a little guide that included beaches, restaurants etc. near the house. Big grocery stores were only ten minutes away by car. The House itself was very clean, modern and very easy to operate.

Everything was just perfect-the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and efficiency. The check-in process was seamless,they offered us a complimentary welcome drink and provided a detailed overview of the hotel's amenities and even upgrade our room...The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning sea view that took my breath away. EXACTLY like the picture!! Extremely clean and very friendly staff, always going out of their way to help. It was my 30th birthday and on the morning complimentary Prosecco and birthday cake was brought out as a surprise and the breakfast included each morning was always delish! I recommend getting the hotel parking for €10 a day because it’s extremely convenient. It can be hard to park otherwise - we reserved before our stay! However, there is a car park 5 mins walk away that can give spaces. My favourite restaurant in Novigrad (for 19 years) is literally a 2 minute walk away with a great atmosphere and view. Its called *SIDRO* and it’s a lovely family run business with the best food! it’s very popular!! Rooms are cleaned daily and freshened up. cleaners very friendly. amazing beds and pillows. Also, the shower in the rooms is AMAZING!!

I had an extremely enjoyable stay at this hotel with my dog (pet friendly for an extra small modest fee). Dejan, operating the front office and reception, was extremely friendly and very helpful and informative... welcoming both myself and my dog with genuine sincerity. (He also can speak English.) Although my hotel room was basic (modestly furnished) and a little small, it was very functional, clean, and comfortable (well suited for one or two nights). The double bed wasn't too hard or too soft and allowed for a decent night's sleep. Apart from a private bathroom, the room had a small private balcony, with a basic table & chairs set. The only small negative aspect about the room was the tiny shower cubicle....but it was sufficient to shower in (good supply of hot water and complimentary bath gel). The property has a decent sized carpark (€3 per vehicle per day) and a large, clean pool. The place also boasts a large restaurant that offers great buffet dinners (beer, wine & soft drinks included) and an inclusive buffet breakfast with the room. When I checked in, Dejan told me if I precooked the dinner upon arrival it's a mere €3 extra per buffet per night (fantastic value...and the buffet selections are vast, varied and very delicious = SENSATIONAL!!). The hotel also offers a large bar and a small games room suitable for children (free pool table and coin-operated games machines). Located very close to the sea (which is clean and suitable for swimming) there are also other activities and equipment available; mini-golf, children's playground, bike hire shop, small market and a few bars/restaurants for examples. The only small downside to their location is the distance to the nearest town....but it can be easily reached by bike or car. All the staff are very friendly, which allows for a wonderful stay....I'm just disappointed that I could only stay one night.

    Lovrecica have a small but bery enjoyable beach.

    Lovrecica have a small but bery enjoyable beach. No sandy parts just pebbles and rocks, but the sea floor is walkable easily (shoes recommended). It is safe for children. Shower and toilet also present in the beach with bakery, fast food and bar. The beach could be a bit crowded during the weekend as it seems local leople choose this place for a day swiming and relaxing. Town is small, no grocery shops just a few restaurants, bakery and bar. But a camp is nearby with free pass is you are not using the beach and have several grocery and other shops. Also Umag is very close by car and have supermarkets.

    We liked Lovrecica but also the small villages and small...

    We liked Lovrecica but also the small villages and small tows along the coast. The interior of Istria is also worth a visit, with its historical sites, small typical restaurants offering good local cuisine. A lot of places to visit.
