I love the rooms with balcony and seaview. We are comfortable with all facilities in the house. The sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed so much the kindness from the host with her Croatian snacks and cooked breakfast and dinner for us. We did not expect such service from the beginning.We also got flexibly early check in time. We are truly grateful for the host lady rides to/from Nin and other places. We also socialised during our sray with more understanding of the area and the country. It is an amazing service. I highly recommend to other guests..

Just got back from staying at this great apartment and had to share! The owner greeted us with the biggest smile - such a friendly, welcoming guy who made us feel right at home from the start. The apartment itself was great, and the garden with a playground were the real winners for our kids! Place had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, terrace, garden, washing machine. And a lovely touch with the complimentary bottle of rakija. Location was spot-on too - super close to shops for grabbing essentials, and an easy walk to both the city center and beaches. If you're traveling with kids especially, this place is a great value for money. Definitely recommend!

We have spend 8 nights at Apartmens Monika and enjoyed every single moment. The house is only 5 minutes by feet from the beach and 3 minutes from the groceries shop. The beach is sandy - great for kids, our daughter had a lot of fun playing in the sand and searching for shells. The apartment was clean, well equipped, with big bathroom and a bathtub - we had all we needed. Monika and her husband are very kind people and always ready to help. We will for sure come back next year again 🙂

    Great vibe in the area. Good local restaurants. Used Pizza Peperoni which was great, Mad Suck and Konoba Kampanel. All took card payment. Restaurant Tomislav only accepted cash - with 140€ bill I would have liked to be made aware in advance Bakery staff super welcoming. Would have been good to know in advance about a public holiday the day after arrival

    Small town with a historic background and great connection...

    Small town with a historic background and great connection to the sea. We loved the seafood and the sand beaches. We enjoyed the Salt Museum and rented a hydrobike, a SUP but there were many other activities such as kiteboarding, windsurfing, ski-jet driving ... and even a school of kiting.

    There are many beautiful beaches in the vicinity, you can be on a different beach every day. Nin is a beautiful historical town where salt is mined, which I also recommend visiting. Nearby is the royal winery, where they offer excellent wine. You can also visit the museum in Nina.

    Nin is a beautiful place to stay.

    Nin is a beautiful place to stay. Friendly locals, stunning beaches, swallow waters in the lagoons making it particularly save for young families. Plenty of restaurants and gift stops. hire an e-bike - its great fun. I would definitely return.

    A beautiful little town located on an island in a lagoon. Without crowds and excess of tacky souvenirs. Beautifully restored historic defensive walls, entrance gates and bridges. Very clean, quiet, lots of nice restaurants.

    A normal Croatian city :) A great Old City of Nin ! Not a big space / area for the Old City but a lot to visit, see, picture etc. Park where you can pay by card, is easier and is just in front of the main City gate / entrance. Really really deserve your visit !

    Only 10 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches and incredible landscape in Croatia (Queen Beach). The area is quiet and close to supermarkets and bar. Not far away there is a great bakery. The flat at the first floor is very nice, with a nice small terrace, air conditioning and equipped kitchen. The owner was very kind and allowed us to stay a couple of hours more after check out time. He also procured us a taxi from the airport.

    Amazing place! Super clean, cozy and with a stunning view from the balcony. Everything felt new and fresh, and it was very quiet with great soundproofing ,perfect for relaxing. The service was excellent, the hosts really take care of their guests. Location is also ideal, close to the airport, sandy beaches and crystal-clear water. I’d love to come back!

    The host is very kind, friendly and helpful. The location is amazing! Wonderful view of the sea and so calm! The apartment is freshly and nicely renovated and very clean also. Sandy beach is something you won't find so often in Croatia, but we had it almost for ourselves as it's not so crowded! Really wonderful vacation! Thank you!!!

    We liked both the old and new pool with waterslides, great beach location, evening entertainment, apartment kitchen if you chose to cook, the numerous restaurants when you do not want to cook, supermarket on site, and great beachfront location with sand and kids playground.

    Beautifully laid out apartment with all facilities you may want. It is located 200m away from a lovely, sandy beach and you can walk the 900m to the old centre of Nin along the seafront.
