Everything was perfect! Great location - near side entrance to Plitvice lakes, the staff was really friendly and helpful, clean and beautiful rooms, great breakfast, there is also sauna but we did not use it. We got candles as a gift, there were also sweets waiting for us at the entrance of the Villa and some candies on the bed. Really really satisfied 😇

Best host ever! Met us on arrival and helped plan our hiking trips to the national park. Meals purchased from the restaurant were excellent, including the local family wine. The decor is eclectic but comfortable. A very memorable stay. And the price was reasonable.

Our room was spotless and it was basically an apartment with a large, comfortable sitting room and a seperate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also quite large. The gardens were beautiful and the restaurant and staff lovely. It was beautiful sitting outside for our evening meal and the food was excellent. Breakfast was a simple buffet with plenty of choices. It was a short, 5-6 minutes, stroll to the gate to the National Park and the park itself is gorgeous. Spectacular.

A private room with ensuite in a lovely quiet location, walking distance to the lesser known Entrance 3. The accommodation is as described, so be aware you need to bring your own food and drinks with you, apart from breakfast that you can pay for at the property. We drove a few minutes to a nice tavern for a meal one night, the other we were tired from the park so just made ourselves a cheese platter and sat on the balcony enjoying the peace and quiet. The host is lovely, and speaks Croatian and German, so being Australian, after some confusion and laughter we managed to communicate enough to get by!

Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area...

Really unique & beautiful interlinked lakes, the whole area was gorgeous. Entrance 3 is a secluded and easy entrance to use with parking around there. We went at 3:30 pm and it was perfect, fewer people. It took us 3-3.5 hrs to leisurely walk around the lake, take the boat and the bus back. Its worth it to spend the night in the area to visit the lakes in the afternoon or morning. There is place to eat & drink near the boat area, which was reasonable.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to visit Plitvice Falls. It’s a short walk to entrance 3. Jasmine, the hostess was amazing. She gave us all the information we needed to tour the park and try to avoid crowds as much as possible. Added bonus the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. If I was an owner of inn, I’d want a manager just like Jasmine. She went above and beyond.

Lakes and water falls were very unusual and visually stunning. Price of entry is high 150 euro for 5 including 2 kids. Have been to see many other fantastic areas in other countries and usually entry is free or much less. Glad I visited the lakes but would not go back again. Once is enough

It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park,...

It's the best place if you want to walk Plitvice Lakes park, in my case I stayed 3 days because I like walking almost every path 😊. If you're a fast walker you can do the park in just one day but it's better to take your time, that place is dreamy. Plitvica Selo is a tiny location where you can go to the park via entrance #3 where you can avoid loooooong lines waiting.

The location is amazing.

The location is amazing. The lookout at the top of the main park waterfall is a short walk from the premises. The quiet serenity of the area is remarkable. Getting up early for a walk in the misty paths was a true treasure. The room is truly comfortable and homely with all amenities required. Host Ante is a great cook and also shared ideas and things to do with our upcoming stays in Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik, which helps a lot in especially choosing a restaurant. I would truly recommend this stay. It is a great location.
