Awesome! The host Doria is an awesome woman and together with her husband they prepared everything we could possibly need and more. She was so helpful and kind and we could turn to her with any question and she would help us. The appartement is big, spacious (never mind the smaller kitchen at all) , clean and comfortable. It's situated in small village far from the crowds. It has private entrance to the sea and we felt very safe. My niece forgot her GoPro on the beach chair and it stayed there until next day! I truly can't recommend this accommodation and Doria enough! Thank you for everything and for making such wonderful holiday escape for us!

This house is localized in stunningly beautiful place, just by the sea. It is a little remote, but for us that was a big plus- quiet and peace (we rented the whole house). The last 2 km of a road is unpaved, but our fully loaded golf station wagon with two adults, three kids and roof box onboard made it with no problem ;) Host is communicative and friendly. Summer kitchen makes a great retreat even on the hottest days. Nearby beach is small, but there were not many people there and it is fun to snorkel. Nearby restaurant has tasty and fresh menu.

This is your perfect spot on Adriatic Coast for a more quiet vacation with beach right down the stairs, incredible view, modern comfortable villa and restaurants and stores in walking distance. Just want to start by saying this a rare find. I researched for 3 days lots of properties including hotels, villas, apartments and when I saw this booking I knew exactly I am going for it. Host Snezhana was very nice, friendly and attentive. She met us late in the evening upon arrival and early in the morning on departure :) We received an amazing present at our mom's bday it was a delicious homemade apple strudel (even we didn't even mention about bday: ) so it was a big surprise :) and upon departure we received a nice bottle of red wine! The property is modern, neat and clean, the private beach is right down the stairs. The view is incredible. Overall this is an amazing option for a more quiet vacation in a beautiful spot of serenity away from crowds and noise. Exactly what I was looking for. The restaurants and stores are walking (15 min) or driving (5 min) distance. For restaurants I recommend Oliveo we dined there twice. We drove, there's parking available. The property exceeded our expectations, Highly recommend! Thanks Snezhana:)

    We stayed 5 days in this modern, super clean, and beautiful...

    We stayed 5 days in this modern, super clean, and beautiful villa. First of all, the villa is spotless. You won’t find a single fingerprint anywhere when you check in. The windows are so crystal clear that my kids twice didn’t even realize there was glass! The owner, Mr. Mladen, is incredibly kind and friendly. Both Mladen and Domagoj do their absolute best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Mladen loves to talk and share stories about his villa, Croatia, food — pretty much everything. He’s such a warm and huggable person. The villa has a comfortable, warm jacuzzi and a heated pool with a perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. You get plenty of towels — not just one per person for the whole stay, but enough for several days, which is really nice. There’s a Nespresso machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — beautiful glasses, plates, dishes, all new and of high quality. We also loved the villa’s location. We had done our homework beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. Complaining about the location afterward just doesn’t make sense — do your research and you’ll appreciate it as we did. A little tip: the house right in front of the pool sells fresh olive oil at a very decent price — definitely buy some, it’s amazing! And finally, we were deeply touched by Mr. Mladen’s thoughtful gesture — he brought us a lovely gift at the end of our stay, and even had presents for our children. That meant a lot to us. Overall, a wonderful experience — spotless villa, kind people, and warm hearts. We will definitely come back!

    The villa was great inside/outside with nice pool area, the beach was 5 mins away with the restaurant - fast food facilities. The local grocery shop was in short distance and the large store was in Rogoznica 10mins away by car. We enjoyed it every minute in Sevid. Thank you

    In October, there was really nothing available, everything was already closed for the season, but that was fine. We were there for the peace and quiet and we had a car to drive to bigger supermarkets, restaurants and sights.

    Sevid is a beautiful small village, a really relaxing, peacefull place. It have more beaches in few meters, and one nice shop with a great opening time. Sadly restaurant could be more in the near, but with car is also not a problem. And Maya! was a great choice for relaxing with a nice view, and a really kind host!

    I would highly recommend the location and facility for a family holiday for everybody who is looking for not a busy place but at the same time does not have the desire for a Robinson-style vacation. Vibor, the host's son, speaks English very well and is a charming and helpful guy.
