Excellent 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor, with a marvelous ocean view facing south towards Rab village. Everything inside is new and of great quality. The hosts decorated it for themselves with great taste and quality in all the furniture and lighting details. All amenities and appliances are in the apartment. The highlight is the SPA/jacuzzi on the balcony, facing the sea. The owners live in the apart. most days of the year, so it is like a cozy home.

Spectacular view from the huge balcony! (The balcony was so private I could do my yoga there.) We were also visited on the balcony by three adorable little cats, which made our stay that more special. The air conditioning was a beautiful cool welcome after a hot day at the beach! Maya is a lovely, friendly and helpful host. We had everything we needed for our family of four.

I can honestly say this was one of my best trips in Croatia in the last 20 years. This year we said we want to go somewhere where it is less crowded and location wise more out of the bigger cities. House Kaja is beautiful house with authentic looks, completely renovated interior, spacious rooms and everything you need during your summer stay. It has big fridge, oven and everything that you need for cooking. Airconditioning is very new and it cools down temperature very fast, beds are very comfortable. We were amazed with the views on Rab island and the outside part of the location, where infront of the house there is big flat space that can be used to chill on the sun or stay under couple of small trees that provide shadow. There is also big table outside to eat and possibility to use the outside shower. There are only 2 neihbours around and the place is really peacefull, withtout city noises and all you can hear are cars that are driving on the road below the location. There is not a lot of traffic anyhow and everyone that loves peace and quiet will be amazed here. The owner is so kind, she even allowed us to use the outside shower during our last day after hanging out in the beach untill 4 PM, which was way past the Check out time. If you like peace and quiet, with very cool view and beautiful authentic location to stay, this is the perfect choice. For the beaches, they are located around 8 km from location (6 minutes drive) in the city of Jablanac or Stinica, where the ferry to Rab island is located. Food store is located in the same village of Stinica, with basic things you need during your stay. If you need more fancy stuff, you got to travel to city of Senj which is located 35 km from the location.

    A beautiful small seaside village that will impress you with its peace. Beautiful environment for rest and relaxation. Worse narrow access road with high slopes, more for more experienced drivers. There is no shop, restaurant or rental (by boat, bicycle) in the city, but there is a bakery and vegetables every day.
