I could tell you about the splendid breakfast, every morning with a new surprise or I could tell you about Tatjana's kindness but I would miss the point. What hit me was the Tatjana's attention to details. The decor of the room and of the shared place, the willingness to understand customer habits without words. We had a lovely stay the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. While there’s no sea view, the location is quiet and close to beautiful beaches like Srebrna. The house is beautiful, the location is perfect, walking distance to two beautiful beaches. The surroundings of the house are well-maintained. The pool is nice and clean. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, from kitchen utensils to a washing machine. Additional amenities include a bocce court. The host is friendly and caring. The apartment was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The place was very clean, well equipped and in the perfect location for enjoying everything Vis has to offer. One of our favourite beaches is just 150m walking from the apartment. Stipe is a great host and had helpful recommendations for our stay. I would definitely come again.

Place was amazing, view on bay was extraordinary,..actually we have nothing negative to say about the stay! And honestly we did not mind the place was a little bit steep as many here said; even our 3yo boy managed with no problem. We loved the pool area, grill and each food we had on outter terrace. Vis was so far the greatest place we have ever been to due to minimum people and natural beaches.

This house was gorgeous. The house was light and spacious and very tastefully decorated. There was air conditioning which was a bonus as the weather was very hot. The kitchen was well equipped, including a washer/dryer. The house was easy to access by foot from the ferry. There were grocery shops close by, restaurants and cafes all very close by. There are a couple of bars and restaurants close by that are really lovely and have great sea views. There are some beach areas close by to the house which were ok but we chose to walk to the beach the other side of the town which was near the church which has plenty of shade, a park and a beach bar close by. Vis was a lovely peaceful island, fairly unspoilt by tourism. It did seem a little expensive and I think this is partly due to the fact that there seems to be lots of yachts sailing to the island and staying.

    The island of Vis is truly very special, still largely untouched by mass tourism, which gives it a unique and authentic charm. Its beaches are fabulous, with crystal-clear waters and stunning landscapes, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Additionally, the island offers wonderful restaurants where you can taste local cuisine made with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing you to savor every moment calmly. The people are very friendly and welcoming, always willing to share their culture and hospitality.

    Vis is a great place to unplug and relax.

    Vis is a great place to unplug and relax. The color of the ocean is mesmerizing and the streets of Vis town, Kut, and Komiza are fun to wander. We enjoyed a boat trip seeing the Blue Cave, Green Cave, and swimming at several beautiful beaches, although the water was still a bit chilly this time of year (on the plus side, the sites weren't crowded). Food and wines are fantastic, and there are so many great restaurants in Kut and Vis. If we'd had more time, we would have scheduled a wine tour as well.

    Very pretty island with some nice swimming areas, perfect for chilling. Ample cafés and bars however we found Hotel Issa to offer by far and away the best value for walk in meals Good fun tracking down the Mama Mia locations. Ferry times make it unworkable for a single day trip so you have to factor in 2 nights accommodation Overall impressions 8.5 / 10

    Vis is a stunning island and we spent 4 nights here as part of a 4 week trip touring Croatia and its islands. It's the location they filmed Mamma Mia 2. The water is stunning green and is so clear. Vis town is a beautiful spot to stay with the old town Kut being particularly beautiful. We didn't have a bad meal and although it's not particularly cheap it's not as expensive as Dubrovnik. Konoba kantum is a must for authentic Croatian food, Restaurant Pojoda for great seafood and Lambik Bistro for good pizza. Fort George is a great place for a sunset cocktail as it Bistro Frutarija. Vis has beautiful beaches and highly recommend Plaža Zaglav for kids (its worth the walk). Highly recommend a car.

    STUNNING island with much to do.

    STUNNING island with much to do. I wish we stayed longer to get to travel more of the island, but easy to walk around. Lots of very well behaved dogs walking around no leash. The weather was a bit iffy some days, but we went to Lipanovic winery for a tasting. Its within an old War tunnel. The only one in use on the island (which says a lot because the whole island was used to store war needs for WWII). The wine was really great!

    There is enough to do and see with good walking.

    There is enough to do and see with good walking. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars and if self-catering there shops and bakers to buy what you need. You can get to parts of the Island by bus and the ferry links are good.

    The apartment is just few minutes walking distance from Vis center, and yet in a very quite place. It has an amazing few, one that you cannot have in a five star hotel. The owners are at your service if you need them. Beautiful couple running it. One of the two bedrooms is bathing in the morning sunlight. We recommend the place with whole our heart.
