The hostess was very responsive, friendly and helpful. She had everything prepared for the kids and had small surprises for everyone. We had the privacy, but she was always ready to help. The apartment has everything one needs for a holiday break: well equipped kitchen, a big dining table, a washing machine and plenty of space to dry the clothes on the lines outside. The streets are narrow there, but we did not struggle to reach the apartment and the entrance through the gates are from a tiny square, so there is space to manoeuvre. The sea was a short drive away and there are plenty of beaches to choose from.

The owner was very kind and greeted us at the door. There were more than enough parking spaces. We had 2 AC units that cooled the whole apartment. The rooms were clean and everyone got 2 towels. There were several appliances (dishwasher, toaster, blender...). The apartment comes with a large smart flat-screen TV. This was probably one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in.

The hospitality and the surrounding within and around this ranch was more than we expected. It is well organized household with huge garden with olive trees and mediterranean shrubs and herbs, located conveniently for hiking or visiting Istrian landmarks. Breakfast was perfect, with homemade food, tasty.

Very nice and cozy place. Spacious room with immediate access to the patio with the pool. Very friendly and accommodating and attentive staff. We received complimentary drinks delivered to us by the pool. Poor very clean and well maintained. Not in the immediate center but within a walking distance in a quiet area, which was perfect for a relaxing time

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and also good fun. Love the breakfast, so much on offer I couldn't try everything. The hotel owners also make wine, which is served at the hotel, pleasantly surprised as I've never tried Croatian wine before. The food is excellent in the restaurant, the octopus salad is a must, the ceviche incredible with home made bread served at wach meal. Wonderful service too. The secure underground parking was a huge bonus, even for a large SUV with a roof box, plenty of space. The room we had was big enough for the 3 of us, lovely comfortable beds and a partial sea view. The hotel is brand new and in a peaceful location on the sea front, a short drive away from Pula town centre if you want to enjoy a vibrant town centre. There is a local boat hire facility a short walk across the bridge into the Marina where there is also a restaurant and bar. A boat tour is a must, even for a few hours (negotiate on price) . Ask for Ivo, very friendly young man and capable skipper.

    It is very nice place to stay and enjoy authentic atmosphere. If you come by car it is few minutes away from nice beaches. Or you can also drive to the touristic places such as Pula or Rovijn. The area is also known of its olive oil production. You can also see local street art when scrolling through the city. I really enjoyed staying at Vodnjan

    It is very old town.

    It is very old town. There is the tallest church tower in Istria. In chatedral is nice museum. The city is full of surprises. Lots of small streets and hidden squers. There are few good restaurants. Very lovely city centre with cultural program. It is not crowded with tourists. I love it.

    A small old town that can be explored in an hour. but with comfortable communication to Pula. Lots of places selling olive oil, wine. And around the town there are various rentals of quad bikes and other things. I recommend traveling by car.

    We had a fantastic stay at this property in Croatia! Everything was just perfect. The place was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were wonderfully quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I knew in advance that the beaches were not within walking distance, so this was no surprise, and getting to nearby beaches by car was easy and hassle-free. Overall, an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this place to others!

    Stopped here in Vodnjan for one night with family. The owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The air conditioning works very well and kept us cool the whole time. The location itself is only a five minute walk from the centre of Vodnjan (which is a lovely town). Couldn't have had a nicer apartment, or met nicer owners for our brief time there. I would highly recommend!

    The accommodation was very nice, the equipment was great, all we needed for stay was there. Big Plus for kids is a swimming pool. The apartment itself was a good size for a family of four, very clean, comfortable beds, balcony with view of pool and sea in distance. The owners are very kind and took a great care of us. They left for us welcoming presents 😊 I highly recommend this accommodation.
