Very nice, new hotel. The room was really big, same for the bed, everything was cleaned every day and very comfortable. Very private, beautiful balconies and surrounding resort areas. The staff and service was really nice.

Everything is super. We had very memorable stay with sanctoo. All the staff are attentive. They show the truly hospitality with no discrimination. Feel welcome on every step that you take in this establishment. Worth the money with all the benefits that we get. It's just like one pack excellent short escape with Sanctoo from our daily routine. Very recommended for those traveling with kids. Can't wait to stay again.

As of Oct2024 the best value hotel in Bali. Comfort, cleanliness, solitude, surroundings, facility. Nothing comes close in the price range up to 60k/night when considering the aforementioned. Some will be better in certain aspects, but not all. Probably the hidden gem of all hotels in Bali, particularly if you are looking for comfort. Great shower pressure and temperature, great AC, comfy bed, clean sheets, tv with Netflix and Prime, great pool, unbelievable mature gardens, excellent wifi, quiet location but within Grab delivery zone. Within 5km of waterfalls. I've stayed north, south west and east island and this is the best value hotel, irrespective of price. Note- a lot of times ratings are based on cheap price, i.e. "(for 20k) it was a great hotel" though they might not mention price, Invariably the rating is BECAUSE it was cheap and did not suck. This hotel is great regardless of price. Originally booked 7 nights and then extended the rest of my 6 days in Bali at this hotel. Please keep in mind this is not western standards perfection but in Bali terms this is 10/10 at anywhere near this price range.

It's a relly unique and romantic place to stay with your partner. Hot and tasty dinner and breakfast was exactly on time. We enjoyed our romantic views at night and in the morning from our balloon.     It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

    Staff were amazing.

    Staff were amazing. Very helpful this seems to the case in every hotel we have been at in Bali. The area around it is interesting. The rooms were nice with pleasant views. The bath is a bit of a hazard as you can only enter bath, and put on water or open plug from bottom end. We avoided this by just showering but it is an issue for the frail or elderly.

The hotel offers free shuttle services to other locations. Please be sure to choose the friendly and competent driver, Mr. Noiman. He takes all tourists to their desired locations/telephone reception and, very importantly, the cleanliness is of a higher standard! Thank You very much ✨🫶

    Loved the layout. The pool, the room was beautiful, the vibes were nice and the staff were lovely! I travel solo and this was just perfect little retreat. Based on other hotels and prices, it’s accurately priced. Food was delicious also. Had a lovely stay, will be back someday x

    If you want a place to rest and relax around Ubud look no further. The hotel is exceptional for the cost. Room is beautiful and super clean. Food is delicious, pool is good and the staff is outstanding. We had an amazing experience in there.
