The perfect island for feeling the peaceful island vibes of gilli and a great spot for fresh fish grill food on the beaches and many more great diverse restaurants which will not disappoint!! There are also plenty of amazing warungs to eat local food. Beautiful island with some amazing beaches. Turtle beach was our favourite. Renting bikes made getting around quicker but you are able to walk everywhere. Worth getting a nice cold drink everywhere you go. We loved the many cats on the island.Guest review byAmyNew Zealand - 10.0

More of a family culture, not as crowded as Gili T. Excellent value for money and the service culture of the residents is amazing. Easy to hire bicycles and scooters (electric) - essential. So many little gems to be found. A 2nd hand book shop, lovely places to eat, Gili Coffee Roasters became a favourite. Gili T was way too busy and commercialized, Gili Meno too quiet and Gili Air just right. A bit worried that they do not have a good recycling or rubbish disposal system, locals only look after their patch and nobody cares about the rest- this policy will eventually stop so many travellers coming.Food was great, locals friendly and helpful.Biking around Gili T is easy if you are careful, but soft sand means it's too hard on the other two.Guest review byAnonymousNew Zealand - 10.0

Brilliant island getaway. Will stay longer next time. Relaxing, friendly service, a lot to do for such a small place. Rented a scooter for the few days which made getting around the island easy. We stayed in a Garden Room, a gold igloo in its own bamboo compound. It was amazing. Main hotel block is modern. It has its own pool and its own beach. You can snorkel off their beach - but please not at low water give the coral a break don’t break it by walking on it. Foods good, the prices are very reasonable.The staff really pleasant and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great spot just off the main walkway down by the beach so a lot of nice places are easily within walking distance (although it's Gili Air, so everywhere is easily walkable!).
