The best location in Bintan, very clean rooms and super friendly and professional stuff. Smiling faces everywhere. Food was also very good, especially buffet during weekend. No need to find another restaurants. Highly recommended.

Very modern and clean. Very good management. We’ve stayed big resort with much higher rate but the every stanard and management style didn’t meet international standard. This place takes very good attention to service and quality details compared to other hotels in batam and bintan. Staffs are nice too.

If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.
