Beautiful property filled with antiques, delightfully laid out. Amazing 2 hour massages at their spa. Delicious food in both restaurants. Friendly bar man in the bar. Nice pool. Great afternoon tea served 4-6pm for guests as a complimentary enhancement.

The hotel is so beautiful, inside and outside. We got a free room upgrade (17th floor Mountain View). Breakfast had so many options! waffles, pancakes, fried rice, eggs, etc. Staff was so friendly and helpful. When we did a night tour and came back in the morning at 11AM, room was already cleaned. Really compliments to the housekeeping, they folded all my clothes that we laying over the chair!! Perfect stay, I cannot say anything else (and I am quite picky).

Very spacious room, comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Perfect breakfast with lots of possibilities to choose. Also the roof top bar is well equipped. Friendly stuff in reception and hotel restaurant as well. We enjoyed our stay in Malang.
