I booked the Cavan crystal hotel for a hen night in September. I have to say this was the nicest hotel stay I have ever had. The friendliest and most helpful team they really made our stay there exceptional. They even had the hens name on the dinner menu. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay Irene & team. Pleasant, peaceful accommodation. Comfortable and quiet room, easy to get in and out, and Bridie is such a kind host! I arrived late in the evenings and left early each morning for a horse show, but everything about the stay was convenient and Bridie went out of her way to make sure I was looked after. This was my second visit and I plan to return. Thank you!

It is a perfect place for fishermen like myself. Based in the middle of the Irish lake district. People are very nice and the place is on the old castlegrounds with beautiful old trees.

    Quiet but with everything we needed.

    Quiet but with everything we needed. Close to the wedding venue in Hilton Park. One member had a flat tire at night and had a very early flight in Dublin. A local mechanic opened his shop and fixed the tire quickly and very reasonably.

    I found the signage was a little difficult to see but...

    I found the signage was a little difficult to see but eventually found it when told it was across from the church. It's a very quiet area with not much going on around it. The restaurant just up the street was very good. Butlers Bridge was just a stop off for me on my way towards Donegal.
