Had an amazing stay! I like everything here - perfect location as it is at the centre of old town and just a short walk from the City Palace. Watching sunset from its rooftop is breathtaking, with a wonderful view of mountains, Taj Palace and parts of Udaipur city. I enjoyed the breakfast, Ravi helped to order traditional breakfast which was delicious. Ravi is very friendly and had also helped to arrange a transport to the airport as my flight was early in the morning. Overall, I truly enjoyed the experience with its hospitality.

We had a very pleasant stay, very comfy and clean beds, design of the room is so nice, has warm water , very good location and has so much to do around. Walking distance to many attractions. Very good breakfast. The host and the staff are exceptional. Akshay was very helpful and hospitable, he was always there when we needed something.

We got the highest room of the three. This was a phenomenal room, very nicely done with colored glass, a nice terrace facing the lake. Everything very clean. Breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace - a great start into the day. The person from the hotel is very nice and gives you recommendations.

The location of the hotel is amazing! You take a boat with a beautiful view and come to the hotel. The way they are greeting you upon arrival is unforgettable! The rooms are so spacious and luxurious! There is a very beautiful swimming pool with a gorgeous view on the lake! I had an opportunity to do a massage in the hotel and it was one of the best deep oil massages in my life! I would recommend to go to Kimkimi for a strong good quality massage! It is very comfortable that each guest has his own butler who is available all the time. I was lucky to have such a wonderful smiling, professional butler Foustinus! She assisted with all my requests! I would definitely recommend everyone coming to this hotel when visiting Udaipur! And I was lucky as well to have a local professional guide Mitesh who showed me the city from insight, told me so many stories of how locals live, showed me a ceramic market and how locals do pottery! Amazing location, excellent reception staff, attentive service at restaurant. From the time we arrived till we left the high quality of service did not change. Absolutely outstanding property. We've travelled around the world. You make us proud that there could be a wonderful place such as yours for service, maintenence of property and impeccable attention by the staff to every single request. Even the IT person was sent to our room to help us connect to WiFi. Not even New York hotels provide us with such service. The way the hotel is run speaks for a high quality management that's on par with top most hotels in the world. You have done India proud. We chatted with other guests while we were there. They were in awe with the way the service was provided effortlessly. So well done. Congratulations.
