The property is in a good location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and quiet. Large bathroom with shower and hot water. The buffet breakfast is a treat, plenty of choice. The restaurant also offers a varied menu and I had an excellent meal there.

The Hotel Management as well ...front office staff (Reception) are not ment for Hospitality to its customer....they don't under stand the simple things requested for, just keep arguments it customers, and room service / Hotel restaurant intercom, nobody pickup every time will have to call at reception, and request them for service requested for.......all together , its use less to stay at Hotel Regenta Harsha, i will give rating 10/0 (Zero) not worth staying....
