The owner of the hotel is a little bit stingy. Other then the parking, lift, hot water ete.every thing is fine. Please visit and enjoy the location and hotel room. But no bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Tasty food, but the 4 nights i stayed in it was the same breakfast Poori & Dosa , only one variety of juice was available, Also breakfast could start at 7am not eight hence could not leave the hotel earlier for sight seeing Etc

Likely our most memorable stay in India. Benny and his family were incredibly gracious hosts, helpful guides, and amazing cooks! They have an authentic and functional spice garden which Benny gave us a tour through. Honestly for a visit to Munnar it doesn’t get much better than this. You’ll need a driver to get to most of the sights (it’s about 50 minutes from Munnar town), but this is true for almost any other alternative accommodation anyway, so don’t take the distance from the town as a negative!

This property is located at a very good location. In Thodupuzha town but away from the crowd and traffic from the city. Close to all amenities. The view from the balcony is so picturesque. The facilities provided are very good value for money. The staff are so friendly. Very clean fascinating atmosphere… Highly recommended for a family stay.

Had visited multiple homestay at cochin locality... But this is amazing and fantasy.. I can say starting frm Welcome to last check-out... Awesome moments... Hassle free to stay and njoy like our own house.. I would suggest all my frnds nd family.. iam dame sure I won't go for other options... Property is super awesome. We were 4 friends with our bikes. Really enjoyed our stay. It's very scenic and well maintained property. Bobby sir is a great host and he also helped us to find good routes in heavy rains so that we could avoid traffic and cover most of the view points.
