Finding a place to stay in Kanpur can be tough. It's hard to find hotels that allow foreigners, and it's also difficult to find a long-term apartment. However, the city itself is nice. It has a rich culture and offers interesting attractions. The people are friendly, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Your management system is pathetic, very immature, no proper response system is integrated in your booking system not at all customer friendly, your Hotels are over charging customers on arrival otherwise the booking is denied, customers have no options in odd hours specially at night hours, there is no appropriate support system also.
